About our school

Mount Kanwary Public School is a small, rural school located in the Lower Hunter Valley. Our school's aim is to create an environment of friendship, care, support and challenge which encourages pupils to work towards achieving their potential as self-directed, independent learners. Values-education has a high priority and this is reflected in the school motto of 'loyalty and unity'.
